About the role

Het Bruggenbouwers‑traject is geen standaard traineeship; het biedt een vliegende start naar een carrière in de fysieke leefomgeving.

Key responsibilities

• Year 1: build foundational skills in project management, AI and discover the organisation.
• Year 2: explore personal interests across climate, energy, infrastructure, mobility and housing, taking on challenging assignments.
• Year 3: specialize in a chosen theme, act as mentor or expertise leader and contribute to the organisation.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken Dutch.
• Completed HBO or WO degree in engineering, spatial planning or business administration.
• Knowledge of change and process management, stakeholder management, process optimisation and advisory.

What we offer

• A three‑year training programme valued at €50,000 with 20 training days per year.
