About the role
Senior Project Manager required to lead MTO highway projects, providing leadership, stakeholder management, and practice development.
Key responsibilities
- Manage delivery of MTO projects, oversee teams, and coordinate resources.
- Develop integrated project management programs with milestones and reporting.
- Provide technical consultancy, ensure safety and value, and mentor staff.
- Build relationships with public sector clients and support business development.
Requirements
- 12+ years of consulting experience on MTO or comparable large‑scale transportation projects.
- P.Eng Ontario registration.
- Strong technical, commercial, and project delivery capabilities.
- Proven leadership in senior project management roles on transportation projects.
- RAQs qualification is an asset.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $160,000.
