Continuous Improvement Lead ☆
About the role
The Continuous Improvement Lead position is within the Production Department and is a field‑based role located in Susurluk, Balıkesir.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities by analyzing daily and shift‑based data.
- Ensure sustainability of CI tools through regular monitoring.
- Collect data on losses and changes within the last 24 hours.
- Investigate root causes of major breakdowns and plan counter‑measures.
- Determine optimal line settings and ensure continuity, taking preventive actions.
- Participate in daily management meetings and update performance boards.
- Collaborate with Process Owners, Team Leaders, and Maintenance Leaders to address losses.
- Apply problem‑solving techniques to eliminate chronic losses.
- Carry out other CI‑related tasks assigned by management.
- Adhere to GMP, hygiene, and cleaning standards in CI projects.
- Adjust to various shift patterns as needed.
- Use MES systems and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food engineering or a related engineering field.
- Preferably intermediate level of English.
- Preferably experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Strong analytical skills, result‑oriented, and a team player.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Balıkesir Susurluk, Bursa (Karacabey‑Mustafakemalpaşa), Manyas, or Bandırma areas.
